An endless amount of hot and cold running water. And it only leaks a little bit. This is joy. There is a dial on the electric tankless water heater that makes it go hotter or not hotter.
I still can't recommend pex. One of the features I had hoped for was enough flexibility so that joints are minimized. As I found out, it doesn't bend very much at all. So after attaching all the joints, turning on the water and having it spew pretty much at every new joint, I went to bed, filthy, wet and demoralized.
The next morning, I fussed, tinkered and tightened and still have a small leak. But good enough for now.
